Hey! I currently work for a company based in Wellington (although I am a remote employee currently). Our team has mentioned being willing to sponsor a visa for me to come over long term. Key things I’m worried about: 1. I have student loans which I would need to continue to pay in USD. Is the Cost of Living untenable? 2. How hard is it to make friends? 3. I (25f) have been talking to this guy from work (22m) for a couple of weeks. I normally would not date a coworker, but I have another job lined up and will be leaving the restaurant I work at very shortly. I think that this guy is very sweet, and I like him. However, I do not see any long term compatibility whatsoever. He has no interest in any career, wants to drop out of college, and bartend to make enough money to travel. He does not believe in working a full time job. I think that sounds like a lot of fun, but it’s not what I’m looking for in a serious partner. He’s not someone I would imagine would be up for marriage or kids in the next 3-5 years, which is something that I really look for at this phase of life. I also know that when I get into my new job I will be working 50-60 hours a week and my income will be based solely on my commissions. I was warned that the first year is tough, and I may not be in the place where I can prioritize a relationship (at least not during the first year). Can anyone give some suggestions on how to protect your back/minimize discomfort while at work? I am 8 weeks post op. Today was my first day back to work and as I feared, my back is wrecked (i.e. very stiff and hurts) from sitting all day. I did try to get up and move around, but I really needed to lay down to rest my back (which I obviously can't do at work). i assume idhar most of the junta ncert + pyqs + sqp waali hain, thodi janta dinesh suresh sl arora waali hogi aur thodi exemplar waali, lekin on average ncert + pyq + sqp waali janta hi hai idhar. yaar dekho, seniors keh rahe last year ka paper pyqs pe nahi bana tha, it was very different, moderate to tough but with very new type of questions, sabne acche se modern padhne bola, kuch logo ne wave acche se padhne bola, kuch keh rahe theory + MCQ + diagrams + graphs + case study pe focus karo aur derivations karo sabse zyada, although derivation last year sirf 2 marks hi aayi thi (sunne mila aisa), uske around ki theory conceptual clarity main help karti hai (according to them) { agar sirf moderate score chahiye around 40-45 even 50 } the numericals, yaar inka toh kitna bhi karlo kam hi lagega, lekin from what I have observed 2-3 markers are quite doable after pyqs and ncert but about 5 markers, they are mostly in three parts and basically derivation diagram aur uss derivation se related type hi question dekhne ko mil rahe hain.
